    IFERROR: Removing or Inserting new rows deletes all information

    I am using an IFERROR formula. Whenever I try to add or remove a row, all the information in cells using a formula disappear.

    I have attached an example excel document. The sheet labeled problem is a sheet that has a row been added to it, deleting all the information. The next sheet "Talent Placement Map" is how its supposed to look like before a row has been added.

    Any help would be appreciated!

    For some reason the array formula in Problem!B7 is: =IFERROR(INDEX(Data!B:B,SMALL(IF(Data!$E$1:$E$100="SP",IF(Data!$F$1:$F$100="Ready for Advancement",ROW($A$1:$A$101),""),""),ROW(A1))),"") Whereas the formula for Talent Map Placement!B7 has ...ROW($A$1:$A$100)... changing the former to the latter, 101 to 100, allowed me to delete and then add row 12 to the Problem sheet without changing the value of B7 (Susan).
