Need Formula Help to Bring in Values

Hello,
Need help coming up with a formula to bring in values from another tab...

'Writing Retailer' Tab:
Need formulas in the CY and PY columns for "Correction", "Dry Erase", and "Fine Art" to bring in the values from the 'FDM Writing' tab.

For example, in 'Writing Retailer' cell F9 I would need to bring in Retailer A's Correction CY Sales (which would be cell C3 on the 'FDM Writing' tab). The problem is, when I update this monthly and provide a new data dump in the 'FDM Writing' tab, the headings could be in a different order. For example, "Labels" which is column E:G on the 'FDM Writing' tab, could be columns K:M next time I dump the data.

Any help would be MUCH appreciated. Thanks!
