Carry over value to next available line on another worksheet

I have rows of numerical values, and each numeric has an adjacent cell that classifies the value on what area of a budget it should be applied to. I want to create a formula that basically says, if the value in one column equals "Online", the adjacent numeric value in column D should carry over to another worksheet column on the NEXT AVAILABLE LINE. I'm trying to avoid Visual Basic since I don't know it at all. So for example:

If A1 = "Online", send the value of B1 to the next open line in Column A on a different worksheet.
