Checking a range for cells not in blank, then returning that value

    Hi!

I'm working on a sheet with a number of employees and their selection for health benefits. The app we're using generates a deduction spreadsheet which is 90% of the job but it lists all possible plans for each individual which makes it very hard to read.

I tried using IF with ISBLANK but the results I'm getting are not ideal.

I'm attaching a sample sheet. I need to check the range of medical options for each employee, detect which cell is not blank and then return the dollar value on that cell to a consolidated "Medical" cell (Column S). I have to repeat the process for all coverage plans but I'll get the idea just with Medical.

    Thanks!

Can you just sum the cells in the various medical columns?
