CF formula for different words, same string

How do I achieve this with conditional formatting formula to a whole column?

If a cell in range E:G in any row contains the string "tea" (like "steam"), then fill the cell in the same row but column A with red color.

But if a call in same range instead contains string "teaspoon" (which also contains string "tea") I want to fill column B same row cell red instead.

Tried with OR(ISNUMBER(SEARCH with ISNUMBER(NOT(SEARCH but couldn't come up with a solution.

In attached file I just used ordinary fill color tool to show what I want to achieve.

Changed it now to a better thread title

In this file I used CF but can't get "tea" string to work ("teaspoon" string works though)

Is this thread possible to move to "Formula and functions"?
