    Names and Addresses

I have a spreadsheet which i use to create quotations. In this spreadsheet I have a drop down list which contains all of my employees.
Once the quotation has been confirmed as a job i assign it to an employee by selecting them in the drop down list.
Is there a formula that would allow another cell to automatically select the employees address dependent on the result in the employee drop down list?

    Re: Names and Addresses

    Yes.
You must define names and address (and more if you want) and then use VLOOKUP formula to get this.

    VLOOKUP (lookup_value, table_array, col_index_num, [range_lookup])
