Conditional formating on formula not work

i have a dates in a column and i want to add 2 years to it and if the output is greater than today the cell should show green else red
can anybody help on this

Try this formula for CF:
green: =EDATE(A1,24)>TODAY()
red: =EDATE(A1,24)<=TODAY()

THAT WORKS ON 1 CELL BUT WHAT IF I NEED TO PUT FORMATTING ON A COLUMN OR MULTIPLE CELLS
