Try this formula for CF:
green: =EDATE(A1,24)>TODAY()
red: =EDATE(A1,24)<=TODAY()
THAT WORKS ON 1 CELL BUT WHAT IF I NEED TO PUT FORMATTING ON A COLUMN OR MULTIPLE CELLS

Insert formulas as suggsted
Format as required
Use Format painter (paintbrush icon) to copy to other cells
