    Need a Formula to count the number of different values in a range not equal to a fixed#

    Good Day...

    I would like to count the number of different values in a range that are not equal to a predetermined value.

    In the attached sheet, I would like to know how many different values occur in column 'C' that are not equal to 14. The answer I'm looking for in the attached example should be 6.

    Please help....
