transferring cell data to different sheets when data is entered in particular cells

HELP Please

I may be overthinking this but it's been a long time since i have needed advanced formulas in excel

What i am hoping to achieve is efficiency and accuracy by being able to have data copied to relevant pages within the work book.

The work book has an Entrant Page that i would like details such as their name and surnames from to the corresponding class sheet they have entered when a value is entered into one or more of the class entered columns (I-N) on the main entrant a page?

So "competitor threes" name (B5) and surname (A5) will appear on the sheet named Open - 1 dog and Open - 2 Dog as there are values in cells I5 & J5 on the Entrant Details sheet

Ok so an example of what i need is as follows......

Competitor one has entered 4 dog open class, indicated by MIX (mixed Breeds) entered in L3 (4 dog class)
i want to transfer the data from cells A3, B3 and L3 in the Entrant Page to the sheet named Open - 4 dog so that the data appears as follows

Open - 4 dog B3 cell = data from Entrant Details cell A3
Open - 4 Dog cell C3 = data from Entrant details cell B3
Open - 4 dog cell D3 = data from Entrant Details cell L3

i want this data to transfer to the Open - 4 dog sheet when any data is entered into L3 on the Entrant detail page

If a competitor has entered more than one class ie there are values in one or more of the cells ranging from I-N on the main entrant page i want data transferred to the other corresponding class sheets too
eg. Competitor three has entered Open 1 dog and Open 2 dog indigated by data entered into cells I3 and J3 - their details will copy to the open 1 dog class sheet when data is entered into I3 and will also copy to the open 2 dog page when data is entered in to cell J3 on the main entrant page.
