Subtract Max Until Balance Reaches Zero

Hope all is well. I'm trying to write a formula that would subtract a values from a set number until it gets close to zero, so basically what they are owed based on a priority. The attachment will hopefully help explain this better. I'm trying to get the values in column B to calculate based on the pervious but not to exceed the available balance.
