Formula Needed to determine Component Tiers

Hi there,

I'd be hugely grateful for any help with the following formula problem:

I am trying to create a formula to calculate the number of components (starting with the largest available) needed to make up a specified integer.

I am assuming this can be achieved with Nested =IF statements but wondering if there is a better formula that could be used to achieve this?

Kindly see attached. The YELLOW highlighted column would be completed automatically, based on the number specified in GREEN (which will ultimately give me a final quote).

Not an easy problem for a noob...
In b16 try this formula and pull it down to B21.
