New to excel, need help with a simple formula

Hello all, My name is Matt from Providence RI
I am having a VERY hard time trying to figure out a formula...

Ill attach the sheet if i can, and maybe someone can help?

I basically split profits with someone on ebay... I can get the whole addition minus fees thing to work, and then divide by 2, BUT.... Their is also a part that needs to add or subtract the amount each person pays... and i think for the past 2 weeks i have actually been DIVIDING what I paid PRIOR to the profit, meaning that i am outing myself have of what i put in...

So basically what i need is this, Item sold, minus ebay and paypal fees, divided by 2, and THEN get back what either I paid for the item, OR subtract what he paid for the item, as the end result is the number he is paying me...

Does this make sense? Please help, ill attach what ive been using...

So end result would be me (MATT OWED TOTAL) to be what the item Sold for, minus ebay and paypal fees, THEN either giving me what i paid back, OR if Justin paid whatever is due him, and then take that final number, and split it between us... sorry if im confusing LOL

I think ive been kinda screwing myself, dividing everything together?
