Post Nesting and Index and Match function inside an IF function

I am working on trying to figure out how to Nest two functions inside another function. I have multiple worksheets with data on them and I cannot for the life of me figure it out. I need to add a MATCH function nested in an INDEX function both nested in an IF function.

    Hey Breck,

Is this an assignment? Homework? I read the .doc and it sure looks like it. Why don't you sit down with the teacher or other students and work this out with them? I think that would be better for you than having one of us do it for you.
