Predicting Future Periods based on Weekly Historic Data - Regression

I am wanting to predict the 2016 Sales the data I want to base the prediction on is the 52 weeks data from 2015 and the first 25 weeks of data from 2016.

For the 2016 year, I was planning on using a cumulative week to understand the trajectory and then use the line of best fit equation to assume the remaining of the year however using this method does not account for the learnings in 2015.

Is there another method I could be using?
