Combining the datas and dates after given date

Hello Friends

Please find the attached file (Combining the datas and dates after given date.xlsx).

I need to combine the 4 columns for after the given date in Cell N3.

There will not be any duplicates in Datas but will be in Dates.

I need to plot the combined figures after given date in light yellow cells.
