    How to count a cell if it falls between two dates?

    Hello,

    As you can see cell B4:B6 have type of statuses, I would like to count the number of those statuses that are in column "K" only if they fall between the particular the months indicated in C3:E3.

    Try this in C4 filled right/down

    =COUNTIFS($K$3:$K$12,$B4,$J$3:$J$12,">="&C$3,$J$3:$J$12,"<="&EOMONTH(C$3,0))
