Logic formula needed to look up a value and compare dates to return correct price

Hi Everyone!

Please see the attached excel sheet. So basically I need to figure out a way to find the appropriate price from the "Price List" tab that corresponds with the scan code on the "Data" tab given the timeframe noted to the left of the scan code. What makes this so tricky is all the duplicate scan codes in the data. A vlookup doesn't take into account the timeframe. The same scan code could have several different price changes throughout the year and the vlookup formula only pulls in the first match scan code. If the scan code on the "Data" tab does not exist on the price list than we can return a $0 value. I think there has to be multiple logic statements but I have yet to figure anything out. It's important for me to figure this out because I sometimes have to price out data with over 50,000 lines. Right now I have to manually check many of the duplicate price changes. I'd appreciate any help.
