Sorting by date

I want the oldest date corresponding to the code. For example, in the given image, code starting with ES has oldest date of 18-09-09. I want the other entries to be removed. I have nearly 1000 codes with similar format. I want to get the code along with the oldest date of posting. How to do this?

Many members are unable to see images in the *.png format due to forum compatibility issues with some browsers.

If you need to post an image post it in the *.jpg format.

Even better than posting images... post a SMALL sample file. That way we can test solutions directly in the file with the relevant data.

I cannot download your file right now, but if your dates are correctly formatted as date, you can put your Codes in column and take the Minimum of the date.
