    how can build data from two dropdown in column A,B,C,D

    i would like to build data in Column A,b,c,d in qualif sheet according to two dropdown menu
    in my example when i select value in dropdown in H2 they put this selection in column A and complete Column B from Column K then allow to select more data from Column H without delete previous
    i would like to know if can done by formula or vb code
    then transfer the data from column A,B,C,D in Qualif sheet to result sheet in my example of attached file
