formulae to pick a number from a rationale

Hi,

Would it be possible to put a formulae to pick a rank against a rationale. The purpose is, if I am changing this rationale it should automatically change my results in the below table too.

for example here is the rationale...

Rank - 5,4,3,2,1
Range <=60%,61%-70%,71% -80%,81% -90%,91% -100%

here is what I want the list to pick the numbers from the rationale.

A 50%
B 60%
C 78%
D 85%
E 90%
F 100%
G 56%
H 64%
I 72%
J 81%
K 97%
L 100%
M 57%
N 65%
O 76%
P 84%
Q 93%
R 100%

I am looking for a formulae which can be linked to the rationale which will be in another tab of the excel. If I change the rationale, it should change my result as well automatically instead of going to each formulae and change it manually.

what I see in this formulae is, I have to change my data directly in the formulae.
