count employees scheduled to work meeting specificed criteria

I have each week on different excel sheet. I want to create a look up that tell me how many people are schedule for specific shift on a specific date. bleow is the formula I am using on each single sheet.
=SUMPRODUCT(--($C$2:$C$280<=$C$206),--($K$2:$K$280>=$K$209),--(E2:E280=$E$201),--(A2:A280=$T$228))

I would like to create a new sheet that allows a user to change the date in a drop down. And number of people working is calculated.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
