I assume the objective is to read the date in column F and give the date next due.

Please explain what the M, P, C in column G stand for and how they relate to the schedule.

I further assume that if a due date falls on a holiday, then the test gets conducted the following day. If this happens, and the test is on a two-day cycle, do we cut the time short by a day to put it back on schedule, or is the test due two days after the last test even though the last test was a day late?
One spreadsheet to rule them all. One spreadsheet to find them. One spreadsheet to bring them all and at corporate, bind them.

A picture is worth a thousand words, but a sample spreadsheet is more likely to be worked on.

How do I determine which day of the week a test is due on?

Also what is the first day of the week for this plan?

Assuming that Sunday is the first day of the week, how do you want to determine the first week? Will it be the week that first contains a Sunday? Also some months will have 5 Sundays.
