Formula to check if set is complete & missing item.

Hi All.
I need to generate a result as per attached. Details for the file is as below.

1. Sheet 1 tab is a fixed sheet of data. Over time there might be more set and more food to add in. But the qty inside is fixed.
2. Daily tab is a sheet where there will be constant changes in the data everyday but the food and which set it belongs to will be accurately.
3. I need a result that will tell me in Daily sheet which are the set that are complete and which set with missing food.
4. By typing the set #, I would like the result from item 3. (I don't need the result to be in sentence just show which food will do).
