Rol over duty time formula

Hello,
I'm trying to figure out a way to calculate total time within a certain period (ex. last 7 days, last 28 days, etc.). In the attachement you'll see time totals (duty and flight time) in the monthly worksheets, in the worksheet "Duty-Flight Time Limit" I want to add these times but just for the given period. Anyone know if this is possible?

An immediate problem is that to obtain results it will necessary to look at two months data (tabs) when the 7 & 28 day periods overlap the end of one month /start of next month.

Stating the obvious, having all months in one sheet , with dates in column D as now, would make life so much easier, with a separate tab to produce your monthly totals (rows 41 to 46)

Sheet "Data" is your yearly data

Sheet "Summaries" are the monthly Summaries.
