Formula to bring values

Hello:

Please refer to attached file.
I need formula in cell J5:J35 which will bring the value from Cell O5,S5,W5 and so every 4th column until column EE
I need formula in cell K5:K35 which will bring the value from Cell P5,T5,X5 and so every 4th column until column EG

try this in J5 and drag down. You can follow the same syntax for the other column

=OFFSET($O$5,,4*(ROW(J5)-5))

You are welcome and thanks for the rep. This is your choice which one will you use. But personally I always try to avoid volatile function like OFFSET, INDIRECT if it's possible.
