I can't get these two formulas to work together as one.

Hi guys, I am not the best at excel but trying to understand it the best I can. I am looking to get these two formulas to work together as a two criteria formula.

    =SUM(COUNTIF( INDIRECT({"A4","A5","A7","A8","A11","A12","A13","A18","A19","a21","a22","a27","a28","a30","a31","a32","g4","G5","G7","G8","G9","G18","G19","G20","G22","G23","G27","G28","G30","G31","G32","M4","M5","M7","M8","M11","M18","M19","M21","M22","M23","M27","M28","M30","M31","S18","S19","S20","S22","S23"}), "WAC"))
    =SUM(COUNTIF( INDIRECT({"B4","B5","B7","B8","B11","B12","B13","B18","B19","B21","B22","B27","B28","B30","B31","B32","H4","H5","H7","H8","H9","H18","H19","H20","H22","H23","H27","H28","H30","H31","H32","N4","N5","N7","N8","N11","N18","N19","N21","N22","N23","N27","N28","N30","N31","T18","T19","T20","T22","T23")"TX"))

    Thanks
    Jon

I'm thinking there must be an easier way..
Is there a common value in another column among each row you need included?

Can you attach a sample file?
