Date from weeknumbermultiple years

I'm working with a spreadsheet for planning of several athletes performances within a season

In my workbook (attached) I would like to retrive a date from a week number. The date I want is the monday in the given week. My spreadsheet is built so that I can arrange start of the season differently for each athelete.
The months will always be in order, but some athletes start their season in June, and som others in December or March.

I can get the monday correct for the months of the first year (in this example 2017), but I can't get the mondays correct when it starts with the new year.

I've tried different IF and OR formulas, but I just can't get it right. Hopefully someone would be able to help me.

To clearify what I mean I've attached two workbooks with different arranging of the months. I've also wrote a comment in the cell where my problem starts.
