    The images say it all...

Any help with helping me insert that odd function would be great. Thanks

The images say nothing to me, as, along with many other contributors, I am not able to view .png files on this forum due to software incompatibilities with some browsers.

It would help if you attached a sample Excel workbook to explain your problem. To do this, click on Go Advanced (below the Edit Window) while you are composing a reply, then scroll down to and click on Manage Attachments and the Upload window will open. Click on Browse and navigate to (and double-click) the file icon that you want to attach, then click on Upload and Close this Window to return to the Edit window. When you have finished composing your post, click on Submit Post.

Now there's the attachment of where I'm constantly having issues...

    In Cell B3 I need to do as follows . . .

    Step 5
Click on cell B3 and type the formula “= 1st class’ lower class limit + class width” (1st class’ lower class limit = B2, class width =
4000 for this assignment) then press Enter. Then drag the formula in cells B4-B8.

Every time I put in that formula ( = 1st class’ lower class limit + class width ), my excel file gives me an error message that says "We found a problem with this formula. Try clicking insert function....."

I think what it means is that you type this formula into cell B3:

    =B2+4000

    Hope this helps.
