Urgent Drop down list help needed.

Hi Im working on building a f.model and needed to know how to create a scenario or formula to achieve the following task which i am unable to on my own.

Question:

i have three cells say, (a1,b1,c1). Each are for example, type of participants attending an event. I am looking to give each a certain percentage of the possiblities of participants attending.

Ideal would be if i could have drop down lists showing a list of numbers 0-100 and once the first cell is given a percentage (any one cell from the three, in any order) the following drop down list should only have the numbers visible that would reach till 100 not beyond and the third drop down with the remaing amount to equal 100 or maybe have the third cell automatically fill up by subtracting the sum of first two percentages chosen from 100.

i hope im clear enough to explain my query. i can further explain with a short example:

a1=students , b1= teachers , c1=parents
50 25 25 = 100%

So i would like to have the 3 categories and me being able to choose different combinations of percentage in the 3 cells.
