Dealer discount, margin, cost of goods but what will the selling price be?

Dear Forum,

I am searching for a formula that will give me the factor for calculating a selling price out from a given cost of goods.

The item will be sold by a dealer at a selling price. From this price, the dealer will deduct a VAT of 24% and then expect to get a discount of 55 % on the price(after the VAT has been deducted). I would need a margin of the same 55% derived from our actual cost and the net payment from our dealer.

I would be so happy if anyone could solve this for me!

Uhm..I may have solved it myself in the car on my way home..

=(H6/0,45)/0,45*1,24

where H6 is the cost.

If anyone is interested in such problems, please check it up, I may be wrong of course.
