Make it look neat & professional--- dates

Good morning, you guy have been a tremendous help in my on going journey of learning. I want to thank you all 1,000 times over!

Today I have a task- I have to create a drop down or attempt to make it look as compact and neat as possible. Attached I have a sample sheet with a whole lot of entries. obviously the original will have way more but with that being said. I was wondering if there was a way to hid all the information maybe create a drop down with dates grouped together by 7 days. For example may be a drop down that has 09/25/2016-10/01/2106 in a cell, once I click on it, it will populate the rest of the information. Is this at all possible or maybe a different idea. Anything is helpful! Thanks a bunch!

Note: Columns L-R (results) columns B - J (Data). The columns L-R I would like a different way to display this data. Clean and neat---

have you thought of a pivot table
you can filter then however you like

see sheet4 - look at the dropdown for weeknum -and you can choose multiple weeks

Yes I attempted to use the Pivot table, it worked. But is there any other way besides the pivot table?

probably - but if a pivot table works, why make a lot of complicated functions to do the same
