Matching names with addresses.

Hi

In the attached I am organising a safari supper round my village

For example Helen Chris are hosting a starter course and Jon & Sue and Raine & Andrew are attending. there are 5 venues for starter, 4 for mains, and 5 for desserts

Each of the blocks are colour coded.

Ultimately I want to produce a label for the attendees of where they are going. So I need 3 columns (3rd only used 5 times) to contain a lookup of Helen Chris address.

This is the basic task.

It would also be cool to be able to produce a cell to show where each participant is going to for the next cours, but I guess that is complicated.

OOOPPPS!

I've saved it with a different name. Seems to be OK.

With reference to S2:V16

For their next course,

Fore example:

S2(Helen Chris) are going to S10 (polly & Gary) as shown in cell Y2

U9 got to S12 as shown in AA9


etc.

Rather than manually complete Y2:AB16 I want to automate the process.
