    Offset: This is my first post but I think it has to do with the offset option

    I amy trying to identify the starting and ending position of my store data but I have several stores that are in one list. How do I separate them or identify where one ends and the other begins? Oh and this is a dynamic list that changes in size from month to month.

    You didn't really explain what your answer should look like, but try this in K2, copied down.

    =IF(A2=A1,"","New store")

    You'll see that it does give an odd result at K3. this is because (whatever you have done to your data before posting), A2 is stored as a number and all the remaining values as text, that just look like numbers...
