convert group of formulas into array formula

Hi all,

I am trying to create an array formula with no success. I have attached a file of the formulas I created that I prefer to have as an array. In the attached file, you will notice in column U, I am having excel report to me the positive numbers coming after 2.5% in the group of numbers on columns d. And below that, the negative numbers coming after -1.1. And to the right of that, you will see a group of mostly formulas reporting false corresponding to positive numbers and to the right of that a group corresponding to the negative numbers.
