    Sorting a subtotalled list?

    Hi,

I need to do some analysis on customers calling in asking for support. I have a spreadsheet containing details of the site and the call types etc, and would like to subtotal count the sheet to show where a site has called multiple times. I'm happy with sorting the sheet in site order then subtotalling, breaking on change of site name. This shows the individual support tickets plus a count of tickets which is 90% of what I need.

My question is this, It would be an enormous help if I could then sort the subtotalled sheet in reverse count order so that the highest number of calls is at the top, plus its tickets, and then 2nd largest, third etc etc, each with the tickets associated to that site count.

    e.g.
    ticket site
    0001 London
    0003 London
    0006 London
    0011 London
    4 London Count
    0002 Manchester
    0007 Manchester
    0008 Manchester
    3 Manchester Count

Maybe you could use a Pivot Table.
