So I know someone asked a similar question earlier today. But I still don't get it because with the SUBTOTAL function there is no parameter number for AVERAGEIF or COUNTIF.
I have a large table with data that is filtered on the 'Time Studies' tab. On the 'Time Studies Analysis' Tab, I have to calculate the Mean queue times and individual lane mean work times. A simple,
=AVERAGEIF('Time Studies'!$F$4:$F$1000,"=2",'Time Studies'!$J$4:$J$1000)
**formula entered in B6 of 'Time Studies Analysis' Tab
formula would work if the data were not filtered. However, since I had to filter several data points out of the table (and may continue to filter more) how would I calculate the individual lane 2, 3, and 4 mean work times for each station not including the data that is filtered out.
Hopefully this makes sense. Basically I just need to figure out formulas for B6, B7, B8 and B13. The B13 formula would be an average of the queue times in 'Time Studies'! L4:L600
Thanks in advance,
Matt
