Make Sentence By formula

The formula I offered was this:

=RIGHT($A$1,LEN($A$1)-FIND("-",$A$1)-1)&" - "&A3

You must change the A1 reference to the cell with the long part of the sentence that you want. The A3 reference is the bit you want adding to the end. I am sure that you can make the changes yourself.

But, just to get you started, here's your first one:

=RIGHT($A$2,LEN($A$2)-FIND("-",$A$2)-1)&" - "&A4

Copy the formula and paste towards down where you want the results

It will work only when there is "Channel Tips - " in the top row

My questions is it can possible to make the sentence without change the cells manually in the formula.

Your question did not state this requirement in the first instance, and the data that you offered as a sample on the other forum did not indicate this need, either. Please make sure that you state the full requirement at the outset in future to avoid wasting other members' time.
