Transfer formula in one workbook to another workbook - what am i not doing correctly

I am trying to adopt formulas from one workbook (Rolling Averages) to a second workbook (Sample) but I am not getting the same results. Somebody Please tell me what I am not doing correctly.

I would like cells DC5:DG5 in the ‘Sample’ Workbook to have the same content as cells O8:S8 in the ‘Rolling Averages’ workbook.
