Comparing two columns & showing the corresponding value of third column

I have three columns data. The value of the first column appearing in the third column is to be identified and the corresponding value of the second column should be shown in the fourth column. Example shown below;

Column1 Column2 Column3 Column4

18607 aaaaa 19057 ccccc
18690 bbbbb 21056
19057 ccccc 18607 aaaaa
19271 ddddd 16555
19683 eeeee 18690 bbbbb
