Function to return a value based on another lookup value

I have a spread sheet containing employee remuneration data.

Multiple column headings containing the names of Allowances

I would like to find and return the values for allowances >0 for a selected employee.

The employee may have all or some of the allowances, but I only want to find and display a summary of the allowances specific to that employee.

Try to use array formula:

...confirmed by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER to activate the array, not just ENTER. You will know the array is active when you see curly braces { } appear around your formula. If you do not CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER you will get an error or a clearly incorrect answer.

Drag down as far as needed.
