Results based on number range in another cell

So, for some reason I am really struggling with this one, I have tried and tried and tried but just cannot work this out.

I have a table which i take 3 readings which then calculates the average result from those readings, from that average reading i need to classify the result and want excel to do it automatically.

the classification ranges are as follows

Class 1 = from 51 to 75

Class 2 = from 50 to 26

Class 3 = from 25 to 11

Class 4 = from 10 to 6

Class 5 = from 5 to 0

Failure is 76 or above

I need the form to classify the average result in T112 based on the classification values above. The cell for the formula is X112.


I tried this but it doesnt work

=IF(AND(T112>=75),"Fail",IF(AND(T112<=75>=51),1,IF(AND(T112<=50>=26),2,IF(AND(T112<=25>=11),3,IF(AND(T112<=10>=6),4,IF(T112<=5,5,""))))))
