    Match formula displays #N/A

Hi, i was just wondering if anyone can help me and point out where i am going wrong. I have a formula that i need to match the date in a cell with an array of cells, it looks fine but it just gives me a #N/A error.

You dont need to TEXT part of the formula

Please note however this will still return #NA aqs your test value (05/12/2016) is not in the list
