Hyperlink Excel Web Page

Hi Guys,

I have an excel document with multiple tabs, the 1st tab is a menu with inserted shapes labeled as for example sheet 1,2 ,3.
Each shape is hyperlinked to the each sheet 1,2,3 and each sheet has another shape labeled as menu so you can click on the shape and it will bring you back to the 1st page (Menu)
The excel document is then saved on a shared drive as a web page but when I need to edit the document again I then have to set all the links up again, is their any way around this so I dont have to edit the links every time?

Why not keep a master copy which you edit. Instead of editing file saved as web page?

Or am I missing something here?

There may be times when I need to update this document, removing or adding content.

But it's when I re-open the document all the links need to be set again.

By this document, which one do you mean? The original Excel file or file saved as Web Page?

If former, go into Edit Hyperlink and tell me what you see (i.e. What string is shown in "Address:").

The link changes from being linked to a place in the document to the URL when it is as a web page.
