Attached a sample excel file and i know VBA programming can perform the task easily. I actually have used up the formulas countif and if to do it.
Anyone can help to find solution if duplicate value more than 64?

I think the TEXTJOIN function in Excel 2016 will do this, though I don't have it to test. Other than that, your approach, and a simple VBA UDF, I don't think you're going to find another alternative.
