VLookup - aggregating data to return average values

I need to perform a VLOOKUP to capture data and then do some calculations.

Use Column B in SheetA to find the same value in SheetB (Column O).
The value in Column B (SheetA) is unique, but the value in SheetB will have duplicate values.

When matched, return the average hours (aggregate the total hours in Column AS (SheetB) and divide by the number of columns matched. If there are blank values, exclude these from the calculation).

When matched, return the average TT (aggregate the Values in Column CL (SheetB) and divide by the number of columns matched. If there are blank values, exclude these from the calculation).

I attached a sample of the data and the expected results.

    Thank You!
