How to create a countif index match formula

Hey,

I'm familiar with countifs, index/matches, but have been having trouble combining them. I have 4 criteria, one which is a date, with the day if the week over it.
In the columns AA to AG is the weekday Sunday to Saturday. Below them I have them extending to 1200 rows with data criteria, I have more criteria in column K (dates) and H is another criteria. How would I combine it? I need it to look for the day if the week, then match the number of occurrences below of a criteria along with matching the date occurrences in K, and other criteria in H.
