I have a column of numbers and I want to be able to left click on the total of that column and drag (highlight) up the column to say half way and get the sum of that range in the total cell. Right now it is giving me a new total one cell below the original total including the value in the original total.
Try .
Highlight data from top of your required range to bottom i.e.before TOTAL
hold down SHIFT key, click TOTAL cell then click "AUTOSUM".
