Hello -- A family member is awarded stock on an annual basis. The stock vests in thirds each year. How would I design a spreadsheet to track/project these stock awards? Conceptually, I know that by year 3 of employment, she will hold vested shares from both 1/3 of the award she received in year 1 and 1/3 of the award received in year 2, and that by year 4,the stock award received in year 1 will be 100% vested.
Any assistance would be much appreciated!
