Calculating the Stock Based Compensation expense as well as the Vesting Schedule

    Hi there,
I need to provide this information to the auditors, and I'm wondering if some one could please help me with the formulae The attached spreadsheet has 3 Tabs.
    1. Compensation Schedule
    2. Vesting Schedule
    3. Fair value

I have listed the rules for calculating the compensation as well as the rules for vesting. Could some one please build the formulae for me?

In addition, is there a way that I could calculate the total comp expense between 2 dates? ( Apart from using the sum function for the respective columns)

Many thanks for looking into it

    Cheers,
    SJ
