Calculate Next Due Date

Hi,

I'm trying to calculate the next due date for a recurring bill using todays date, stat date and days interval. For example, start date 4th Jan 2017, today 28th Jan 2017, interval 14 days. This bill is due every fortnight so the next due date should be 1st Feb 2017. If today was 21st May 2017, next due date would be 24th May 2017. How do I calculate this for multiple bills with different start dates and different intervals like weekly, 4 weekly or monthly?

I've attached a simple table of a few scenarios to calculate.
